: FAQ :

Q: How do I commission you?

A: I only accept commissions through google forms (unless it's YCH, which is most often through Ko-Fi and sometimes through google forms). Please see "COMMISSION INFO" page to find these linked. The rest of the commission process can be found in "TERMS & PROCESS" page.

Q: What program do you use?

A: Clip Studio Paint

Q: What tablet do you use?

A: Huion GT-191
XP-PEN Deco 01 V2 (until April 2023)

Q: How long have you been drawing?

A: I casually drew random doodles here and there since a kid like many people. Then I got my drawing tablet in May 2021 and tried to learn digital art sporadically. September 2021 is when I decided I wanted to be more consistent with drawing regularly. And I took on my first commission in April 2022!

  • Payments will only be made through PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi.

  • Full payment must be paid for the process of creating the commissioned artwork to begin.

  • Buyer is commissioning to purchase 100% digital art product and the final artwork will be delivered via email. No physical item will be delivered.

  • Buyer may use the artwork on their social platform (Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) only if I am credited as the artist clearly and visibly by either linking my Twitter page (@etsunamu) or my website (etsunamu.com) when crediting me.

  • If the buyer is using the artwork as an emote on Twitch, filling out the artist attribution to credit me is required.

  • Buyer may not redistribute or sell the artwork in any way.

  • Commissioned artwork is for personal use only by default unless discussed separately and clearly otherwise. The artwork may not be printed or sold as merchandise. Please inquire for commercial/merchandising rights and prices (will usually be 2x the regular price) by emailing me at [email protected]

  • I reserve the rights to all artwork made by me. However, I will not commercially use commissioned artwork.

  • The artwork (both while it is in progress of being made and after it is made) may be displayed on my websites, portfolios, and social platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) unless discussed otherwise. The buyer may request their commissioned artwork's privacy, which will increase the payment and therefore must be discussed before I begin to make the commissioned artwork.

  • If the buyer requests characters of IPs that do not belong to them to be drawn (e.g. fanart of existing characters), they are soley responsible for the use of the commissioned artwork. I hold no responsibility for DMCA claims due to how the buyer uses the copyrighted characters.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to safely keep the final file after receiving it.

  • The artwork may not be edited or modified without my written consent.

  • The artwork is forbidden from being used for any activities (including generating images and training) with Artificial Intelligence program(s).

  • The first pronouns (I, my, etc.) mentioned on this page refer to Etsu Namu.

Commissioning Process (for Non-YCH)

  1. Fill out the request form that can be found in the "COMMISSION INFO" page. You need to be logged into your gmail account to see the form.

  2. After your request has been reviewed, I will contact you via email. If all is good and the commission is accepted, your name will be added to my Trello.

  3. Please pay me only through paying Paypal invoice! I will send you the PayPal invoice a few days before I'm ready to start making the art you commissioned, which should be paid within 3 days of receipt. I will not start the work for making it until the full amount is paid. If your invoice sits unpaid for too long and I heard nothing from you, I will cancel the invoice and the commission.

  4. I will send you a sketch within 3 weeks after the payment receipt date for you to approve/ask for adjustments. Additional changes after this sketch approval stage will be charged for revision. So please take your time to review the sketch during this stage!

  5. The sketch (original or adjusted version) gets your approval and the sketch approval stage ends.

  6. I will finish the commissioned artwork and email the final file to you (approximately within 3 weeks after the sketch approved date). You can ask for minor color adjustment at this stage, but it needs to be requested within 3 days of receiving the final work. If so, I will deliver the adjusted final file as soon as I can.

- PLEASE NOTE -

I will not voluntarily send you a WIP file after the sketch approval stage, but you can ask me for it anytime! After I send you a WIP file, I will completely pause from working on your commissioned artwork until I hear your feedback. This will slow down the creation and may even cause delays, so please respond as soon as you can after receiving the WIP file.

Commissioning Process (for YCH)

  1. Request and pay for the YCH through Ko-Fi. No sketches will be sent for approval, so please make sure to provide correct information when requesting.

  2. Your name will be added to my Trello.

  3. Final artwork will be delivered to you via email (approximately within 1-3 weeks after the payment receipt date). All changes after will be charged separately for revised version unless it's a needed change to fix my mistake.
